Our special guest Santa Leo (the slimmer twin brother of Claus) put everyone into a festive mood. Thanks to all our brother knights that pitched in to make sure all our guests were well fed and entertained!
Port Coquitlam Council 9125, in conjunction with S Port Coquitlam Council 9125, in conjunction with St Clare of Assisi Parish of Coquitlam, held a joint Exemplification Ceremony tonight. We congratulate and welcome four new brothers to our ranks: Rick Edwards, Rey Oracoy, Jose Isaac and Charlie Dupuis. We are proud to have your commitment!
Autumn in Greater Vancouver can only mean one thin Autumn in Greater Vancouver can only mean one thing…..leaves, loads of leaves. Knights of Council 9125 toiled in the morning silence to keep the OLOA Parish grounds clear and beautiful. We salute your hard work and dedication.
Port Coquitlam Council 9125 convened the Officer I Port Coquitlam Council 9125 convened the Officer Installation proceedings at its November General Meeting. The ceremony was officiated by District Deputy Tom Carr and BC/Yukon State Secretary Marcel Renaud, with blessings bestowed by Father James Hughes of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish.

All parish ministries collaborated to create a truly wonderful afternoon of fun and food with family and friends. Check out our new eye catching aprons!
On September 7, Port Coquitlam Council 9125 welcom On September 7, Port Coquitlam Council 9125 welcomed 6 new Third Degree Knights into our fraternity. A special Exemplification Ceremony took place at the beautiful chapel of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, officiated by District Deputy Tom Carr, Father James Hughes and senior Council Knights. This event also recognized two distinguished knights, Brothers Elemer Lazar and Larry Forseille, as Council Legacy members.
Today was the last Summer landscaping work session Today was the last Summer landscaping work session with the student volunteers before they go back to school. The landscape crew is spearheaded by fellow Knights Paul Desbiens, Eric Lunde and Tony Pereira. To mark the end of the summer works campaign, a great lunch was enjoyed by the entire team. Thank you everyone for your hard work. The church grounds are looking fantastic!

Knights of Columbus Council 9125 #oloa celebrated Knights of Columbus Council 9125 #oloa celebrated its Fraternal Year End on June 15 with a well attended party presided by our Worthy State Deputy Herb Yang and District Deputy Tom Carr. Special recognitions were given to the Knights of the Year (Ian Fell and Ryan Uchida) and Family of the Year (The Elemer Lazar Family). Terry Kidwell (PSD, PDD, PGK), Bob Jones (PGK) and George Scott (Outgoing Grand Knight) were also recognized for their dedication and service to the Order and Council. A special thanks goes out to the many that had contributed to the resounding success of this amazing evening of celebration. #oloapoco #kofc

The completion of the first full day of the 113rd The completion of the first full day of the 113rd Knights of Columbus Convention for the State of British Columbia and Yukon. A truly inspiring day of meeting and working with fellow knights and State officials. The day was capped off by the State Deputy Banquet. Council 9125 Our Lady of the Assumption Port Coquitlam was represented by Tom Leung, Deputy Grand Knight, greeted by District Deputy Tom Carr.

Thank you to all who came out to our second annual Thank you to all who came out to our second annual Lenten Fish Fry! While the outside temperature was chilly (at best), the dinner event inside was a warm celebration of this special time of the calendar. We were also blessed with the presence of Fr James Hughes, Vocations Director of the Vancouver Diocese and several seminarians. A special thanks to the members of the young adults group of our parish for helping us to stage this special event. Let’s meet again next Friday (March 8) for the second part of this Lenten event!
